• Deals 480% damage to the target.
• Deals extra damage against Nature.
• Reduce the target and nearby enemies' mana by 15% of their max.
• If the target is already afflicted by a condition, the target will fail to cast skills for the next time. (Skill failure cannot trigger any skill effect, and this effect will disappear after triggering)
• Reduces the target's speed level to Very Slow for 4 turns. This effect cannot be dispelled. (The speed level will be restored once the negative effect ends or is removed.)
• When Cynisca is alive, any allied Hero that applies status ailments that affect Mana will have the effect apply for an additional turn.
• This hero has an innate ability to resist direct mana reductions.
