Winter's Wrath

• Deal 380% damage to the target, and deal half damage to all other enemies.
• Takes all dispellable status ailments from all allies and randomly casts them on all enemies.
• For every status ailment transfered to enemies, they receive 50 true damage. (Can be activated up to 10 times).
• The caster gains a moderate amount of mana for each enemy killed and a small amount of mana for each enemy minion killed.
• All allies are immune to new status ailments that reduce attack, lasting for 3 turns. (Do not apply to status ailments that steal attack
