Omen of Death

• Deals 400% damage to the target and 300% damage to a random enemy.
• If both hits strike the same target, the second hit deals 600% damage to that target instead.
• Damaged enemies become Fragile, taking an extra 50% damage for 3 turns.
• Damaged enemies have their accuracy reduced by 40% for 3 turns.
• When this skill kills an enemy, the caster heals for 20% of their maximum health.
• If both hits of Scathach's Special Skill strike the same target, she restores a certain amount of Mana.
• The Hero has an innate ability to resist status ailments that affect Accuracy.
