• All targets that received damage have 22% reduced mana regeneration for 3 turns.
• All targets that received damage have 40% reduced attack for 3 turns.
• All allies gain 30% special skill damage for 3 turns.
• Elemental Awaking: All Fire allies summon a Gear minion, Gear minions inherit 12% of the caster's attack and health. Each turn, Gear minions generate mana for their owner (5% of max mana per turn).
