Mirage Strike

• Deals 250% damage to the target and nearby enemies.
• Applies "Tidal Power" to the target and nearby enemies for 3 turns. All damage they take during this time is accumulated. If the accumulated damage reaches or exceeds 800 points, the target and nearby enemies immediately take that amount as damage. Otherwise, no damage is triggered. (Tidal Power is removed after triggering. Reapplying it will reset the accumulated damage.)
• The target and nearby enemies get -48% defense against lce for 3 turns.
• The target and nearby enemies receive 60% reduced healing for 3 turns.
• Heals each ally with 20% of total damage dealt.
