• Conjures an Invocation of Ice on the ally with the highest attack for 3 turns. Ally with the Invocation of Ice will have their mana regeneration speed set to "Very Fast" and regenerate a moderate amount of mana each turn.
• After 3 turns, if the ally who holds the 'Invocation of Ice' has not killed any enemy,the 'Invocation of Ice' triggers a penalty effect: that ally will receive 1000 true damage. (Regardless of whether the penalty effect is triggered or not, upon the disappearance of the 'Invocation of lce', the mana speed of the ally with the highest attack will be restored, and the effect cannot be dispelled.)
